Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Shipping Carrier: Japan Post
A flat shipping fee of JPY 1,000 applies nationwide within Japan.
If no delivery date is specified, orders will generally be delivered within approximately 5 business days after order confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, delivery may take approximately 2–3 weeks.

International Shipping (Taiwan)
We ship products from Japan to Taiwan via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping Fees
For orders with a total weight of 2 kg (2,000 g) or less:
A flat shipping fee of JPY 3,300 applies.
International Shipping (Other Regions)
This section applies to the following regions:
Oceania, North America, Central America, and the Middle East.
All international shipments are sent via EMS (Express Mail Service).

A flat shipping fee of JPY 4,500 applies.
International Shipping (Europe)
We ship products from Japan to European countries via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping Fees
For orders with a total weight of 2 kg (2,000 g) or less:
A flat shipping fee of JPY 5,000 applies.
International Shipping (Important Information)
All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
If the total order weight exceeds 2 kg, shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual weight, and
additional shipping charges may apply regardless of the order amount.
In such cases, the actual EMS shipping cost may be higher than the amount displayed at checkout.
If this occurs, we may notify you after shipment and request payment of the additional charge,
or issue a refund if excess shipping fees were charged.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), and other customs-related fees may be imposed in accordance with the import regulations of the destination country or region.
We are unable to calculate or collect these fees in advance, and we do not take responsibility for such charges.
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient (customer).
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, season, and customs clearance procedures.
Actual delivery times are subject to local postal services and EMS delivery conditions.
