Order Validity

Please note that order cancellations are not accepted after an order has been placed.

Defective Products

In the unlikely event that a product is defective, damaged, or has sewing defects,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return it with postage paid by us.

We will promptly replace the product with a new one.
If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued after the item is returned.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of defective products.

Return Period

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns will not be accepted if the return period has expired or if the product has been used.

Return Shipping Fees

Returns due to customer preference: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns due to defective products: shipping costs will be covered by us.
